Bespoke twisted and hammered platinum wedding bands

We've just finished working on this set of bespoke wedding bands commissioned by soon-to-be-wed customers. The his & hers wedding rings are made from platinum. The ladies' wedding ring was made by carefully twisting and forming platinum wire to create a twisted wedding band, while the men's wedding band is made from hammered platinum bar.





To make the men's wedding band we hammered platinum bar to create a textured pattern and curved profile. Hammering metal creates a raw, organic appearance and leaves it with a lovely dull lustre. Together the wedding rings are a unique pair that reflects tastes the personalities of their owners.
